The film wont help me in regards to genre and how that's been presented, because i know that one of the genres that i want to avoid is action, however, it will help me in terms of style and how things are presented in relation to the given genre, and perhaps i can adapt it to a given genre of the groups overall choosing. i also wanted to analyse a rather slow paced opening sequence in terms of editing pace, camera speed, and credits, to see how it would differ from the two other openings which i have analysed, both of which are rather upbeat.
This is a film opening which uses transitions between credits pretty well in relation to the setting and the main character of the sequence (and the film). although the scene is primarily uses special effects to portray it, it can still be transferred over to a "real-scene" scenario
I like this film opening because it applies the opening credits in relation to the scene in play, for example when a character shows up, the actors name will show up at the bottom of the screen. it is also a good way to show a group of people in relation to the scene in play and credits as well, so it may be good to take inspiration from.
